The Challenge
UBI Ltd was contracted to work closely with Steelcase Plc. (furniture supplier) and Carillion Plc. (facilities Management provider) to complete all new furniture installs, furniture churn and any furniture related service such as replacement locks, office moves and furniture repairs.
Our Solution
We designated a team on site every Friday to complete all requests registered through Carillion. All tasks were prioritised and completed to a schedule. All our works were completed to our usual high standards and reporting procedures in line with our ISO 9001/2008.
