UBI Ltd liaised with 8 suppliers to arrange the delivery and installation of their products within the project, dealing with all the logistic detail for each. UBI Ltd liaised with the Bolton at Home's I.T. dept to ensure that the I.T. installation was executed smoothly and in line with the product specifications, agreed a schedule and managed the installation. UBI Ltd dealt directly with all suppliers on Overbury's behalf for non-conformities and delivery shortages.
